I was pleased with the actual servicing of my vehicle. What I did not like was that a loaner car would not be provided. I live an hour away and would never have purchased the polysteel package if I had kn What I did not like was that a loaner car would not be provided. I live an hour away and would never have purchased the polysteel package if I had known that a loaner would not be provided. I had to have a family member also drive their vehicle from an hour away just so that I was not stuck waiting inside the dealership with my 1 year old child. Like I said earlier, I I was overall happy with the actual servicing and how clean my van was when completed. Just please consider changing your policy on a loaner vehicle for the day, as I am assuming I'm not the only person who lives outside of Lima. Thank you. More

Had issue with battery under warranty but would not hold charge and would not replace. I bought a new Battery and problem went away. when warranty expires so will my service at White Honda I will not buy an charge and would not replace.
