Painless and No Pressure I took my 2003 Pilot (235K miles) in for service on an issue that I knew in my heart was fatal. While I was waiting I was looking at new CRV's and HR I took my 2003 Pilot (235K miles) in for service on an issue that I knew in my heart was fatal. While I was waiting I was looking at new CRV's and HRV's. Caitlin approached me in a very casual style and answered questions that I had. She encouraged me, gently, to test drive a vehicle. While I was test driving a new CRV (something I had my mind made up about) the service associate called to give me the somewhat expected, but dreaded, news -- the repairs were more than the car was worth. I was well prepared in regard to what my credit score was and how much I could afford, so I was firm on what I could afford. No worries, as there was no pressure to go beyond my means and I still was able to get the car that I wanted. The honesty of the service department and the ease of doing business with Caitlin was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership, and Caitin specifically! Ladies, she is someone you can work with!! Thank you Caitin, and Allen Nott! I love my new car:-) More
Dead Battery replacement goes smothly On Wednesday, January 13, my 2011 Venza would not start. AAA was called, and I was informed that I needed a new battery. AAA got my Venza started and On Wednesday, January 13, my 2011 Venza would not start. AAA was called, and I was informed that I needed a new battery. AAA got my Venza started and I drove directly to All Nott Toyota/Honda. The service technician confirmed that a replacement battery was needed. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was on the road at 5:30 pm. Best part was that my old battery still had a warranty on it. The battery only cost 50% of the price. I am very pleased with the service at Allan Nott Toyota/Honda, and will continue to have all my car service done here. I am a very satisfied and happy customer. Jean Welch More

Leeland Lauray worked me in to the service schedule on the m I always receive excellent service, but this time was even higher than my expectations. Leeland Lauray worked me in to the service schedule on the morning of December 31, 2015 to fix a problem I had encountered with my vehicle. Later that afternoon, around 4:00P.M., I returned with new car problems, not the fault of Allan Nott Toyota, but a new problem. Leeland allowed me to leave my car there and set me up with a rental car. He then scheduled my car in on Saturday, January 2, 2016 and called me to describe what needed fixed and that he would have to order the part. He then called me on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 and let me know that the service staff had fixed the new problem after receiving a new alternator and allowed me to pick up my car that same day the alternator was received. Kudos to Leeland and the service staff for the quick, professional, courteous diagnosis and fix of mt vehicle! More

Great Service I was immediately greeted when I pulled into the bay for service. I took my car in for a recall on my window switch. I was originally told it would take 1 3/4 hrs to complete when I made my appointment. I was prepared to stay while it was being completed. I was advised upon arrival that it would only be about 45 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised....both at the news and the fact that it happened just that way. I was in and out and the experience was great. I appreciate it all and giving me back part of my busy day!! More

While at the dealership getting this repaired, I asked the service advisor, Rob Ward, about another issue I was having. He took time to drive the vehicle, acknowledged the problem and spoke with a service technician. We have to take the vehicle back for repair, but we were assured the issue will be corrected under warranty. While my wife was waiting, she had a question about her CRV. Ray James, a Sales person, was walking through the service department so she asked him her question. He was incredibly helpful and took all the time needed to get the answer to the question. Mr. James also took the time to help us sync our phone when we stopped by after our CRV purchase. Sales and Service teams are top notch! More
