I bought a 2026 RAV4 earlier this month. Jim White Toyota was the 4th dealership I visited for this car model and the only dealer that had a 2026 RAV4 for me to test drive. My salesperson, Alli Raymor, was great at explaining the features for this hybrid vehicle. I did have to wait for a model with the features I wanted to become available. Alli kept in touch. When the car arrived at the dealership, she went over all the features and set up my phone to connect to the car. I would recommend Jim White Toyota and Alli Raymor to anyone looking for a new car. Love my new car!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but White’s Toyota of Lima absolutely earned this one, and especially Bryan. I’m extremely particular when it comes to vehicles, and I had a long list of very specific questions about this Sienna before I ever committed to buying it. Bryan was patient, responsive, and never made me feel like I was being difficult for wanting details. He answered everything he could, tracked down answers when he couldn’t, sent pictures and videos, and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying before I traveled out of state for it. What impressed me most was the dealership’s willingness to make sure our used vehicle was presented in as close to new condition as possible. They addressed the things I pointed out, took care of cosmetic concerns, handled the Toyota Gold certification, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure I was happy with the van rather than just getting it off the lot. They also sent a driver roughly two hours each way to pick me up from the airport at no charge, which made buying a vehicle from several states away incredibly easy. The biggest example of their customer service happened literally right before I drove off the lot. I noticed a small, very hard-to-see chip with some small cracking in the windshield. After I got home and had Safelite inspect it, it was determined that the windshield would need to be replaced to properly fix the cracking. The cost was around $1,000, and White’s stood behind the vehicle and agreed to reimburse me even though I was already home and the sale was complete. That says a lot about how they do business. Bryan was excellent from the first conversation through after the sale — responsive, straightforward, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. There was never any pressure or typical dealership runaround. If this would let me give six stars out of five, I would. Buying a used vehicle sight-unseen from another state could have been stressful as xxxx, but Bryan and White’s Toyota made it one of the easiest and best dealership experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them, even with the distance.

When I got my car, the repair was not to my satisfaction so I drove around the block and brought it back. They immediately jumped on it and fixed it to my satisfaction --completing the job before the time expired that they had estimated.

I worked with Corey Foster in used car sales at the Conant street location in Maumee. I told Corey what I was looking for and he assured me the car was a very clean vehicle. I told him I'd be driving down from Michigan which was an hour drive with picking up my daughter on the way. When we got there Corey retrieved the vehicle and that's when we found the car had accident damage that had not been repaired. Corey said he had no idea it was like that after telling me on the phone it was a very clean vehicle. He is a treble salesman and if that is the way they treat their prospective customers I do not recommend doing business with Yark Toyota. Especially not Corey Foster.
