The service staff at Allan Nott Honda Toyota made my service visit as pleasant and quick as humanely possible. Their sercice team is very attentive. While I was in to reprogram one of my two key xxxxxxI was aaked by several employees if I was being helped. I have owned many Toyota's over the years and this is the first service department (previous cars at different dealerships) that I feel is truly interested in "serving" not "gouging" the customer. There is no high pressured sales pitch for repair work and in several instances I have been told I didn't need a particular serve due to having high efficiency fluids. They could have easily said nothing and I would never have known the difference! They are building a relationship with me based on trust and that's refreshing!!! More
