He knew my Camry maintenance history, what needed to be done, what was to be watched, and what service could wait until later. friendly and helpful. I can trust him and know he will not suggest maintenance that is unecessay, something important to me as a female. Unfortunately my vehicle was having issues that it shouldn't have. Just one of those fluke things. Three trips to the service department in three months with exceptional customer service every time. I came to this dealership to get an oil change, tires rotated , and the back brakes done. The last time I was in they recommended that i have the brakes done. When I got there I had the oil changed and t rotated , and the back brakes done. The last time I was in they recommended that i have the brakes done. When I got there I had the oil changed and tires rotated, but found out they did not have the parts for my brakes, even through I had an appointment for this work to be done. Because of this I had to come back the next day. However, they did give me a discount because of the inconvenience that this caused. I was pleased with your service men and their honesty. For when I returned the next day thy told me that my brakes did not have to replaced, because the person before had made a mistake when measuring my brakes. Over all I was very pleased with the service I received. Mostly because of their integrity. I would definitely recommend this company to others. More
