I arrived early but they immediately took my car in for service and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time it would take. I was offered shuttle service but declined as it really was done in a timely service and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time it would take. Everything went just fine. Jessica did a very good job! Only thing I had to do that should of been done was take all the paper protective stuff out of my car and they really didn't have it on very good. I made an appointment to get an oil change and rotate tires on 08/01/2013 at 10:00. I arrived and the service department was very busy. It wasn't long and they took my information. I was told there was coffee if I would like and it would take around 45 minutes. I had other appointments that day so I was encouraged that it would not take long, but had settled in the waiting area thinking with all these people here it was probably going to be longer. Wait was not too long - they have a nice area where my kids could play while we waited. My only complaint is they told me my car was done and it actually wasn't. Without exception, A. Nott employees are clear in accomodating and explaining service needs. I like the follow-up calls, making sure that I am satisfied with the service. Also, on this day, Eric Martin took me on a test-drive with Toyota Venza. He also fielded follow-up calls regarding gas mileage on the Venza on other Toyota models. This time next year, I will be in the market for a new Toyota, and Eric was extremely helpful in assisting my decision. More
The service courtesy was ok, but not as good as Jessica Randall. The guy actually seemed kind of nervous. It looks like you might be training some new guys. It was obvious that the service advisor that I was speaking with was relatively new on the job, however he was extremely eager to please. He also had help from coworkers/supervisors when needed. I had to have both of our vehicles serviced one day after the other on the week of my vacation and the service department was very accommodating and efficient. It was also nice to see the salesman who sold us both of the vehicles and he remembered our names even though our last purchase was in 2010! I would recommend Brian Barhorst to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle and Keaton Meadows to anyone requiring service. More
