Staff was friendly on the phone making the appointment to have our corvette inspected. New ownership has made it difficult to actually call directly to Chevy service and actually speak to a service manager, Mason or Bill. Actual service still good. I have had a bucket list item to build a kit car since my late teens/early twenties. Now retired, I have the opportunity to finally getting around to the project, found one that appealed to me and needed a late teens/early twenties. Now retired, I have the opportunity to finally getting around to the project, found one that appealed to me and needed a donor car to make it work. After searching for months, finally found what I wanted - a VW New Beetle with a manual transmission that appeared to be in decent shape. Working with Zack Meyers, I decided to purchase that vehicle. The entire experience was well paced, no pressure, and utterly fair in the pricing for the vehicle I purchased and my trade-in. Zack also followed up on a couple of details after the transaction, which was greatly appreciated. When I went over the ultimate plans for the vehicle, turning it from a VW Beetle coupe into a pickup truck, Zack spread the word throughout the dealership. It seems that everyone I spoke with from that point shared my excitement for the project and expressed a desire for me to return and show the finished product. Although it is a bit of a trek to the dealership from my location, I look forward to making that drive. More
