When I saw the Maverick intriduced I knew that's the truck I wanted to order. I called a local dealer and they acted as if I couldnt order one yet since they were just introduced. I called Whitemoyer Fo truck I wanted to order. I called a local dealer and they acted as if I couldnt order one yet since they were just introduced. I called Whitemoyer Ford as I've worked with Brandon in the past on an Explorer purchase. He said they could order it no problem. Truck took some time to build, no fault of Whitmoyer. Everyone there was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. More

I seen a car on their website that I was really interested in. Sent info and was pre approved for the loan for it. Made an appointment to go to see it, look it over & test drive, was told it was on interested in. Sent info and was pre approved for the loan for it. Made an appointment to go to see it, look it over & test drive, was told it was on hold and waiting for me. I was prepared to put a deposit on it and buy it. When I was rudely informed by another salesman Brandon that his people where interested in buying it. Just the way he talked to me and acted was unacceptable. Then the fact that I had an appointment for this specific and they sell it to the other people who came in to look at a different car and decided they wanted this instead. They had not signed anything, didn’t have financing for it yet and no deposit on it. They just got there 30 minutes before I did. While my sales person Erik was very helpful and nice, I will never do business with this dealer for this reason. I drove out of my way to go look at this car for them to basically sell it from underneath me. The manager that was there was no help either and basically sided with the other salesman. Complete and absolutely disappointed with this dealership that this is how they treat people. I don’t care what the other reviews say about this dealer, be careful going here if they did it to me what is stopping them from doing it to you. I feel completely disrespected by this dealer More

Absolutely will not ever recommend Whitmoyer Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Nothing but headaches from dealing with Whitmoyer Chevrolet. New vehicle on their lot had a damaged side mir to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Nothing but headaches from dealing with Whitmoyer Chevrolet. New vehicle on their lot had a damaged side mirror. I agreed to proceed with purchase as long as they do whatever necessary to end up with a completely undamaged side mirror on the new vehicle, and even though they wouldn't even honor the GM Supplier Discount for which I'm eligible. They finally agreed, but insisted on trying to have a paint shop try to repair it, which I had to take care of scheduling and having done, but the damage was still noticeable after repair. Then the dealership realized they under charged me for sales tax by almost $1,000. Only because they needed me to come out of pocket an additional $1k did they finally agree to replace the damaged side mirror. They order the mirror and say they will provide a tracking number when it ships to the Chevy dealership closest to me. Yet weeks later I have to reach back out to them to find out it's already been delivered to a local dealership, but they shipped it to a Ford shop instead of the requested Chevy shop. Thankfully, my local Chevy dealership is being much more responsive and helpful in now trying to get things sorted out so that they can replace the side mirror and I can finally be done dealing with Whitmoyer Chevrolet. More
