Hello Mike. What went wrong was that Ian Gates seems to care very little about retaining Whitmoyer's customers. You guys had a for-life customer in me (I won't ever sell my Mustang) but that is history now, I let go and moved on. I came to the dealerrater.com review site looking for dealer's reviews because now that I'm looking to buy a new car I will be sure to pickup a dealer that has good service reviews (I did notice Whitmoyer has pretty good sales review though) and then I saw the other review from a guy who says Ian blew him off and I remembered how he cared little about my complain. If you still want to dig into this, my customer number is 15191, but really, there's not much more to discuss.

We appreciate any review...even when they are not positive. We use a review like this one to evaluate ourselves and try to improve. We traded emails with this customer upon receiving this note and are happy to report that he came back in to give us a second chance. Unfortunately, we have had to make a couple of changes in our Ford service department since this customer's initial experience which was back in December of 2011. Our new Service Director, Mike reached out and then Rich, one of our Ford Service advisors handled the issue with the door/window and all worked out well. Thank you for the feedback. :)
