When we came to pick up our new Journey, it was clean and ready to go. A problem was diagnosed with the satellite radio and the part was orderd. They even connected my cell phone to Blue Tooth! Grady wasn't happy with the window washing so he had them done again! He went over how to operate all the bells and whistles that were on it, which were not on the Journey I was trading in. Even the financing conversation was a pleasant experience, though I cannot remember the financial advisor's name,and Zack filled in the time when everyone was running around getting things finished. It is just one happy family and they make you feel like one of them! We love Dodge products and are glad for a dealership that cares about their customers. More

In July I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport. I visited or contacted two other dealers in the area. Whitten had a good selection of Wranglers and had two that I was interested in. The new Wrangler was ready when it was supposed to be and the bottom line cost actually ended up being a few dollars lower than expected. So far the Wrangler has run perfectly.
