By the time I made an offer I was very confident that they were treating me fairly and honestly. My flight down to get the car was delayed and rerouted leading to me getting into Richmond as the dealership was closing. Gillian was in contact with me the whole time and ultimately picked me up at the Hotel the next morning and brought me to the dealership! There I dealt with Howard and once again was impressed with the level of service I received. Overall a great experience for my first long distance car purchase. I went to Whitten looking for a Fiat 500 because my daughter has one and she loves it. I wanted something small and cute to zip around in.
