This is the 2nd car that I have purchased with them. The first was for my 17 yr. old daughter. I love the deal I got!!! 2000 Seabring with just over 10000 miles for $3000. When I went to get my car the radio didn't work so they order me a replacement at no charge to me!!! I compare buying a car to a trip to the dentist. Both things I really hate. My wife and I read reviews for several other car dealers and they were universally bad. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. The Ford Taurus we bought has alot of miles on it but the car is in near showroom condition and runs great. When we had it inspected it flew through the process in minutes I think because the car looked so good. We have been lied to in the past by car salesmen but we felt that Mike was totally honest with us. For the first time in my life I felt comfortable buying a used car. He let us test drive around the neighborhood and then sat us in his office to talk not just about the car, but also the intricacies of the used car market. Because we liked the car and the very decent price, we decided to put a deposit on it (I had also done much research about the model we were looking at before driving to the dealer). We spent almost 2 hours, until past his store closing time to handle the paperwork and along the way Mike even offered us drinks and a good dose of jokes! Here are some of specifics of his service that deserve all 5 stars: - Straight honest talk about the car and used car markets, not simply trying to assert his prices were competitive by going through websites personally with us to show the comparison of prices of the model we were buying (www.autotrader.com) - Meticulous paperwork including extra ones even after dark (without any charges!) since we were buying from Massachusetts - Detailed advice on how to register the car as we were doing it for the first time - Driving the car 50miles from his workshop to our home just to deliver the car! (I gave a tip to his son who followed him along the way) It’s been almost a month since we got the car and we’ve had no problems at all with the car including passing the state inspection. I found Wholesalers Unlimited on Craiglist. From Craiglist I was directed to their website and I was very impressed with their straightforwardness and simple style. There were several vehicles that caught my interest. I text the number on the website and got an almost instant response back! I made an appointment to test drive a couple of cars. During my test drive, I felt that I could trust Mikey. Everything he told me about the car was true, the good and the bad. He is a very honest person. What he conveyed about the car, it’s condition, history, repairs and maintenance was absolutely correct. I bought the car from him, mainly because I trusted him. The car was sold “as is” basis but they guaranteed me (in writting) that it would pass NH state inspection. They showed me all the work that they had done to the car. However, prior to paying for the car, I drove it to my mechanic for a check up. My mechanic confirmed all the work done to the car, and gave me the green light. Mikey even reimbursed me the $60/bucks I was charged by my mechanic to inspect the car!!!! I have had absolutely no problems with the car since I purchased it. I have never written a review on the Internet before and I am not sure if they will ever get a copy of this review, but just like the people below me, these guys got my sincere recommendation! Wholesalers Unlimited earned my business with their more than competitive prices. Unlike other dealers in the area, they do not inflate their prices hoping to scam someone that happens to drive by. All their prices are “spot on,” on the windshield of every vehicle on the lot!!!! No useless haggling or being taken advantage of (I know, I have been a victim). I was able to purchase a newer Ford Expedition than I expected because of their incredibly low prices. Their service doesn’t stop with great prices (although today that would be enough). They gave me 0% financing for up to six months!!! THAT IS UNHEARD OF IN THE USED CAR MARKET!!! I was almost ready to sign a deal at 15% at another dealer less than 2 miles away. I am more than satisfied with the service provided by Mike and his son and the entire Wholesalers Unlimited family. You can tell they are not interested in a onetime sale, they would much rather make less on one vehicle and have a customer for life!
