Our salesman, Toby Holtz, worked very hard along with the finance department to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price and payment that we could afford, when other dealers seemed to not even want to try. Toby was a pleasure to deal with and eager to help. We, like many others, had gone through some hard times and did not have a great credit score. Other dealers told us we did not qualify for a lease, however, the team Wickstrom was able to get us a lease with the same company that the other dealers had said we were denied. Over all it was a great experience and would recommend Wickstrom to anyone looking to buy a car. More

The two vehicles I purchased were performance models for pleasure use, and Don made the purchases fun. I was also very impressed with the Wickstrom business approach, from the friendly manager who greeted me at the entrance, to the advisors in the service department. It's also a very contemporary dealership. One thing I found very interesting is that they highlight their service area with a glass wall between the showroom and the service area. Also a very comfortable customer waiting area. When I purchased my first vehicle in June, I went to two other Chrysler/Dodge dealers first, and I was blown away at the difference when I went to Wickstrom. I ended up purchasing on the spot, and Wickstrom is the only dealer I visited for the second purchase. I've recommended Wickstrom to several friends, and I continue to be a repeat customer myself. Kid Friendly! I had purchased my Jeep from Wickstrom, and have been very happy with it. I was very surprised, the waiting area was not only super clean, but was extremely kid friendly! I usually dread bringing my child with me to run such errands, but Wickstrom made it is! They have an individual area for the kids, a tv, a nice table, and plenty of games for them to play with! Service was super speedy, and was not over priced at all! Michele Cirmino-excellent service!! Ask for her. I was intending on buying a Jeep at a place close to my work; the sales person was nice in the beginning, but did not follow up or return phone calls. I decided to go to Wickstrom's Jeep, which is closer to my house. It was refreshing. I met with Michele Cirmino, she was knowledgeable and helpful. Her follow up was amazing and not pushy. I liked how she took the time to explain the knobology of my new Jeep and kept in contact with me. I appreciate being able to contact her at anytime and she is quick to respond to my emails, calls, or text. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from her. I love my Jeep Cherokee Limited.
