Went to see Eric looking for a new Grand Cherokee hoping to find a fair, trustworthy sales person with integrity. I had some specific requirements which I knew would make finding the correct car difficult. On top of that it was a bitterly cold day following a significant snow. After discussing my requirements Eric went about the business of finding and clearing the snow and ice off of the 3 matching vehicles. We took one vehicle for a test ride then reviewed the others to find the best match. About 4 hours later I left with my new Grand Cherokee Summit. I feel that Eric did a great job of working with us and I never felt the Auto Dealer Cringe or pressure. Strongly recommend anyone looking for a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep see Eric before making a purchase. I can honestly say I enjoyed the experience with Eric and Wickstrom Auto Group More

We met with Tony DiPaulo, who was courteous and understanding when we told him we weren't looking to buy. He helped us find a pickup truck that we liked on the lot and took us out for a test drive. We found him honest and upfront about their dealership and how they operate. He then took us on a tour of the facility (first time that had happened) and the layout and experience of the dealership was great. One of the key selling points for me was that a barrington police cruiser was in their service shop. I work for another village and I am familiar with what it takes to get the service business from police/fire departments. It speaks volumes about the service center. The price on the vehicle was a no haggle price, and doing my research was right in line with other dealerships. We called him 2 days later and told him that we wanted the vehicle. Although he was on his off day, he did almost all the paperwork over the phone so we didn't have to sit there for hours, came in during the evening and we were out in an hour. This place is great. We requested info on a used Explorer. The sales team reached out to us right away and sent us a cool video about the vehicle. The price they had online was one of the best ones out there and they were more than fair with our trade. When we did the paper work the finance guy Pat Duval was so polite and not pushy. Michelle Goss was our salesperson and she did a great job. We were so impressed with the service area,(Michelle showed it to us when we first visited to drive the Explorer ) that we brought our Honda Accord in for tires, they have amazing prices on all tires. I called Eric and told him I planned to be at the dealership later that afternoon. He thanked me for making an appointment and said he would have the vehicle waiting for me. I saw it sitting by the front door as soon as I pulled into the lot. The showroom was beautiful, with amenities to make guest feel welcome and comfortable. Eric was a wonderful salesperson. He was clearly on top of everything and made me feel at ease. Nick in financing also helped to make my experience enjoyable. While Eric had me driving away with the vehicle I really wanted another dealership I messaged hadn't even returned my call yet. More
