Yesterday I was given a lot of bad news about the cost in repairs for my car, which I knew was going to be high. I didn't think I was going to be able to trade it in after all the things I was told were wrong with it. My Mercedes-Benz was old and falling apart; I bought it used, but should never have bought it. I have also traded in a lot of vehicles (I love cars) so I was upside down with what I owed and what my car was worth. I was basically driving a vehicle that was an accident waiting to happen. Denise found the exact car I was looking for, with all the bells and whistles, as well as making it in my price range. I was shocked at the trade-in-value they gave me for my other car and was so pleased. At Wickstrom they want to help you get in a new car, used car, and out just out of the car you don't want anymore, whether it has problems or not. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto Group for your future car purchases. Dealership is a charm and a must go to My wife and I were looking for a new jeep. I bought my last Jeep in 2000 and that has 247,500 miles on it and that was a Jeep Sahara. We figured it My wife and I were looking for a new jeep. I bought my last Jeep in 2000 and that has 247,500 miles on it and that was a Jeep Sahara. We figured it was time for a new Jeep. We had gone to 6 dealerships and compared what they had in stock. Several of the dealerships did not even say hi to us even being there 50 minutes to an hour walking around in the lot and inside the showroom looking at the different Jeeps. I looked at the ratings of the Jeep Dealerships we had gone to. Most of their ratings were in the mid 3's or so and Wickstrom was a high 4 out of 5. Reading some of the comments and realizing the price of the Jeep, questioning why I would even go there to deal with them. I had requested a internet price for a Jeep at Wickstrom. The Jeep we had wanted had all the bells and whistles as we were going to have it for a long time and you might as well go for it. Decided on a Rubicon Hard Rock Edition. Wickstrom Jeep of Barrington was a total gem. Our sales person was Toby Holtz and he was great. No high pressure at all. Once we came in, coffee and drinks were offer and most of the folks in the showroom showed excitement our their faces telling me this is a great vehicle and congrats. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out and great. If I were to recommend a dealership in the future it would definitely be them. This is my forth Jeep as my first one had 325,000 miles, by second one had 225,000 miles and my third had 247,500 miles before I sold it. That is the reason why most original jeep owners we get another Jeep. If you talked to them (meaning Jeep owners) the first question... It is your fist Jeep or second. More
