Tony D. was Great! After a few nightmare experiences at other local dealerships, we sent an online inquiry to Wickstrom and received a response from Tony D. right away. After a few nightmare experiences at other local dealerships, we sent an online inquiry to Wickstrom and received a response from Tony D. right away. We spoke on the phone briefly and he sent a follow up email with all the info I was looking for. We setup a time to meet the following day. Upon arrival, Tony D. was waiting and had the car pulled inside an indoor showroom/garage area, out of the elements, and with plenty of lighting. Tony also had all the necessary paperwork at hand, including details about pricing, rebates, and everything else necessary to complete the deal. We had done our research, and Tony D. offered us a price that was within $200 of what we were hoping to receive. No back and forth with the invisible "sales manager", no deceptive tactics in negotiations, just straightforward discussion. Tony D. was willing to answer every questions in detail. From start to finish, we were in the dealership for maybe an hour. We drove home with the exact car we wanted, at the exact price we were willing to pay. I highly recommend Wickstrom, and Tony D. to anyone. More

AN ENJOYABLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have to say that I find the whole car buying process to be a stressful and tiring task. Fortunately I did not find that to be the case at Wickstrom. My salesman, Don DiPaulo was very nice and patient with me while I looked around and explored a couple of different cars. I test drove a 2015 Dodge Durango and fell in love! It was even the exact color I wanted; a sleek granite. Since I was a Costco member the price was right and the financing was a breeze! Eric Jensen at Wickstrom was by far the most pleasant, friendly, no-nonsense salesman we have met. It was definitely worth driving a little further for the great customer service. Eric was very knowledgable and honest, without ever being pushy. We never felt like there were 'deep, dark secrets' that customers shouldn't know about. Other dealers have been elusive about certain things, but at Wickstrom we really felt that Eric Jensen was concerned about us and getting us what we needed. Eugine in the finance depart was also a friendly, no-nonsense person. Never felt pushed to buy any extras, but got all the information we needed to make informed decisions. Will definitely recommend this dealership and Eric Jensen to friends and family. More
