After explaining my situtation (budget, timing, etc.) we arrived at an acceptable price. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, the vehicle was exactly as described online and over the phone--no changes to standard equipment, options, etc. Jamie was very knowledgable about the vehicle. After a test drive, I told him I would take the vehicle at the price we had previously determined. They honored the price. There were games. They make you aware of warranties and optional items but do not pressure you to buy. Eugene Hernandez was helpful with financing and found me a rate better then the one I had found on my own. While signing all the paperwork, the car was throughly cleaned for delivery. Before leaving, Jamie educated me about all the various controls and guages on the vehicle. I was very happy to go a longer distance to buy my new vehicle as this dealerships conducts it's business in a very professional manner. More

I didn't feel rushed or pushed to buy a certain car that didn't have all of the options I required. I would highly recommend Denise for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The finance portion of the purchase was quick and efficient. I liked being able to sign the documents at Denise's desk instead of being crammed into a finance office.
