I made an appointment for a test drive and she had the car out front and ready when I arrived (no waiting at a desk which had been my experience with other sales associates at other dealerships). Conversation with Rae was relaxed and comfortable without any rush or pressure. I was confident with the price and Rae made the rest of the process very efficient, finishing everything at her desk without walking to see anyone else at another office.
