This was a welcoming experience not feeling like I was fresh bate dropped into a shark tank. She was very attentive to all my questions and tried to find answers to ones which were not normally asked pertaining to towing and trailer hookup. Some of the questions required her to do some research within the service department which she did promptly, and research on my part. Rae's post visit communications have been timely and very helpful. I felt that she was actively working as a team player helping me reach my goal instead of a sales person trying to push a sales I might regret later.
