Great Experiance I’d like to share my experience with dealing with your organization. I have had 2 Buick Enclaves and I thought I’d look around at other options. I’d like to share my experience with dealing with your organization. I have had 2 Buick Enclaves and I thought I’d look around at other options. I did ultimately purchase another Buick Enclave. However, my experience at Wickstrom was a very good one. I was met at the door by a young gentleman. His name is Adam Rose. I said wow this may be interesting but let’s give the young lad a try. Well much to my surprise Adam was fantastic. He was beyond his years. He obviously has taken the time to learn your product line. He was well versed on all vehicles. He was prepared. He was confident but not cocky. He also had great follow up without being pushy. It was a very pleasant experience. This is coming from a customer who had previously purchased (2) Enclaves and went back for a third from Courtesy Buick in Crystal Lake and ended up buying the third from Marquardt at Barrington.. I really really liked the new Lincoln Aviator and it is out of my price range at this point. Maybe someday I can go that route.
