My friend referred me to her and she has been leasing vehicles from her for over 20 years. I had owned Jeep before so I thought I might want to check out the Jeep Grand Cherokee before I went forward with the Lincoln Nautilus, so Michelle took me next door to their Jeep showroom. It was a beautiful showroom and the team over there was very nice. I drove the Grand Cherokee and it was very nice but the Lincoln Nautilus was a bit more luxurious and came with pick up and delivery for service so I went with the Lincoln Nautilus. It was nice dealing with someone that knew the products so well. I must say that the Wickstrom team stands out from any car dealership I have ever been to. Everything went so smoothly and it was actually fun buying my car. I’m usually a cash buyer but they took the time to explain leasing to me and given how I tend to get a new vehicle every 4 to 5 years it made a lot more sense to start leasing for 3 years. When I did the titling work it was painless and Brian Powell made it quick and easy without needless pressure. Both of the service departments and the Lincoln dealership and the Jeep dealership were spotless with awesome guest lounges. I highly recommend Wickstrom Lincoln and Michelle Goss McCormick if you are looking for any brand of vehicle. More

Bad place to buy used Wickstrom Ford sold me a 2010 F350 for $18800 that the emission system was removed. It also has a hole in the radiator. Wickstrom Ford did not disclose either of these Major problems, and is claiming AS-IS and will not offer ANY support. The radiator is estimated to cost $2000 to repair. The missing emission system is estimated to cost $5000-$6000.00 to replace. The business manager Ryan Dicken has offered me nothing but false information, excuses and lies. Ryan told me that it's legal to remove emission systems. Ryan also told me that it is legal to operate this truck on the road with the emission system missing. Ryan also went as far to lie to me and tell me that the truck came that way from the factory, anything to avoid any responsibility on their behalf. The fact is that it is against Federal law to tamper with or remove emission systems and it is also illegal to operate a motor vehicle on the road with tampered emissions... Even if your state or county doesn't have any emission requirements... It's still a Federal requirement for all 50 states and their counties within. The build sheet from the factory associated with the VIN number clearly shows that the truck came from the factory with a 50-state legal emission system, which Ryan could have easily confirmed. This truck is only able to legally operate off-road. The owner Richard Wickstrom sent me a note the day after my purchase hoping that I received a "5 star buying experience". I have tried to contact him 4 times since and still have not received any replies. When buying a used vehicle from Wickstrom Ford... Ask yourself if you're willing to be cheated, lied to and ignored, or if you would rather take your chances elsewhere. Because if it's happening to me, it could happen to you! More
