My initial contact was via an internet inquiry, and Ryan was quick to get back to us, letting us know the vehicle was available. Through the course of a couple of days, we had the deal pretty well wrapped up before we arrived at the dealership. Ryan’s follow-up was extraordinary. When we arrived, the vehicle was waiting for us, ready for a test drive. Once we finished, we went inside, worked out a few of the last minute details, and we were on our way. What was really nice, is that we did everything from Ryan’s desk. There was no shifting us to the sales manager, the business manager, finanace, etc. All the necessary people came over to Ryan’s desk and finished the paperwork with us. Every car buying experience should be this easy. It’s important to note that it was both Ryan Dicken, and the Wickstrom Auto Group, that made it so effortless. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience! I recently helped my senior neighbor shop for a new (used) car, and we ended up at Wickstrom because they had a car we considered to be just right for I recently helped my senior neighbor shop for a new (used) car, and we ended up at Wickstrom because they had a car we considered to be just right for her. We test drove a couple of vehicles and ended up buying one of them. I must say that our experience buying this car at Wickstrom was perhaps the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever been involved. Nick, our sales consultant, went above and beyond to show us all the car features even though it was not a Ford or a Lincoln. He was very attentive cordial and never pushy. The whole paperwork took just a few minutes, and the finance manager came to meet us at the sales consultant desk, which was kind of nice. In past experiences I have been taken to these windowless rooms where the financial person tries to sell any sort of additional services, using scary sales tactics. Not this time at Wickstrom, we were informed about optional products and services, but we were never pressured into buying any of them. So in summary, kudos to Wickstrom to make the whole experience pressure free, for hiring highly trained professionals and for dedicating time to us without any commitment. More
