While Napleton is worse than the most dishonest used car dealer you can imagine, Wickstrom was the exact opposite. We told them what happened, what deal we were looking to get, and they absolutely came through for us. Best of all, unlike Napleton, they know how to keep in touch with you on important items. Our saleswoman, Micaela, could not have been nicer or more attentive. She even came in on her day off to help get our car. The management and finance team was prepared and professional, and we were in and out in record time, all while having just the best experience. My only complaint is that we live so far away! More
