Great overall experience with the sales team at Wickstrom. We just leased our 9th car from Wickstrom. We ordered the MKX on 1/28/17 and just picked it up Saturday 5/13/17. It took 15 weeks to get it. The long delay was frustrating but it was no fault of the sales team at Wickstrom. They tried to keep us as informed as possible about the status of our care. When our current lease ended they help us get an extension. When that ran out i turned in our 2013 MKX to them and terminated the lease. At that time they gave us another MKX as a loaner until our car came in. Wichstrom's is an outstanding dealership from sales to service.Manny Alvia, jJoe Fredrick, and Debbie Holmes were great to work with. They do treat you like family. Phil R More
