Tried to buy a Shelby GT350R Went to Wickstrom Ford today May 6, 2017 to buy the Shelby GT350R they have in inventory only to be told by Robert Palazzo that I couldn't buy it beca Went to Wickstrom Ford today May 6, 2017 to buy the Shelby GT350R they have in inventory only to be told by Robert Palazzo that I couldn't buy it becasue the car was being stored in a warehouse until the value went up. I was told by Mr. Palazzo that I could buy one from e-Bay...I was even sent a video by the sales rep Eric Wood showing me how many Mustang GTs thay have asking me to buy one instead.. Then I was sent an e-mail by Todd Prestage (Sales Manager) stating that Wickstrom does not have any GT350Rs. It must have gone missing. Wickstrom has departed from its core values and has placed greed before its customers. Wickstrom had an opportunity to make a customer for life, but they chose another path. Shame on them! More

This is my 2nd purchase from Wickstrom Yesterday I purchased a new F-150 from Eric Wood at Wickstrom. This is my 2nd Ford purchased at this dealer. The previous purchase was of a Mustang i Yesterday I purchased a new F-150 from Eric Wood at Wickstrom. This is my 2nd Ford purchased at this dealer. The previous purchase was of a Mustang in 2007 and that transaction was absolutely professional and effortless (thanks Pat), and the service we subsequently received at Wickstrom was excellent. We have also had better luck with our Fords than with the cars we have purchased from other manufacturers, so when we decided that we needed another vehicle Ford and Wickstrom were the logical place to start. (for example that 2007 Mustang now has 187,000 miles on the odometer). Eric made this purchase effortless just has Pat had previously. He quickly located the vehicle we needed at a very competitive price. Greg More
