After I had a bad experience at a previous Lincoln dealership, I was hesitant to continue looking at Lincolns for my next car. My fiance and I worked at Nathan at Wickstrom who is AMAZING! Very knowledgable, friendly, and explained all aspects of the car and lease terms in detail. The rest of the team we worked with included Brian and Todd who were equally as awesome. Overall the process was very smooth, and we felt well taken care of. Even though we have a Lincoln dealership 5 minutes from our home (the one where we had the bad experience) we will continue to go to Wickstrom for service and future car needs.
