Quick, friendly, helpful I was in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted and when I spoke to Rich at Wickstrom, he went to work, found a car in their inventory that ma I was in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted and when I spoke to Rich at Wickstrom, he went to work, found a car in their inventory that matched my requirements and was back to me in few hours. I told him the price I was looking to pay and he put the car in the back lot until later the next day when I could get to the dealership. When I arrived, he brought the car around, and informed me that they were able to hit my number. After a test ride we went inside and in started the paperwork. I spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership, got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and walked away with a great impression of Wickstrom Ford.. A week later I brought the car in to have the paint sealant package done. They had a loaner waiting for me and could not have been nicer and more efficient. I'm very please with my decision to buy from Wickstrom Ford. More

Never Will Go Anywhere else! Most dealerships wouldn't care about it as long as they sold the car but not wickstrom. My salesman Nathan Noffs did a great job making sure everything went smooth with the process. They let me take my time, test drive multiple cars, and made helpful suggestions. I didn't feel rushed at all but the process went quickly and was very satisfying. I was between 2 models on a car and they made it worth my while to get the better model, which is beneficial in terms of a trade in value and it's an all around better car and nicer experience for me.
