Best Dealer Experience yet I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Wickstrom Ford and I have to say that I am impressed with the entire sales process. I wanted to special order th I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Wickstrom Ford and I have to say that I am impressed with the entire sales process. I wanted to special order the latest model because I figured if I'm going to buy new, I'd better get exactly what I want. I walked in and was greeted by Nathan Noffs. We sat down and I configured the Edge as I wanted it and 45 minutes later I had a signed sales contract. During the wait for the Edge to be built, Nathan kept me up to date and was always available to answer any questions I had. Fast forward to delivery day... Nathan called me and told me my Edge was ready. I came into the dealer to sign the papers and pay for the Edge and again was impressed by their process. Nathan chatted with me while the finance department worked on paperwork. As soon as the paperwork was done, I signed everything and the Edge was mine! Nathan sat down and showed me the important features of Sync 3 and how to set up everything in the car. This was a great time saver for me. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I got a great price, there were no surprises at all. No last minute fees, straightforward price negotiation, order updates and the Edge showed up beautiful with a full take of gas. Nathan humored all of my requests and really went above and beyond to make me feel like I was a valuable customer. More
