Great Experience at Wickstrom! I found a vehicle at WIckstrom through cars.com. I worked with Nick Sjoblom via email and text prior to ever stepping foot in the dealership. Ultimately, I drove more than 2 hours to test drive the car and arrived about 30 minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday. Nick was attentive and very easy to work with; I never felt rushed despite the late time in the business day. We were able to agree on a trade-in value and shake on a deal pretty effortlessly. I was impressed with how quickly (and painlessly) everything took place. I also dealt with Brian Powell there with the financing and it was also a great experience. I spoke to Mitch about the car I wanted and when he told me he had one with what I was looking for I told him I would be right there. Now I was coming from Rockford IL. Usually a sales person would tell you anything just to get you there. I was happy to see Mitch as soon as I pulled in. He had the car I wanted and we went for a test drive.
