What Happened to Ryan? Not sure how you guy's could let a person with all the attributes like Ryan leave your organization. I tried to contact him about getting a new Ford F-150 Platinum on Wednesday and was advised that he was let go by another employee named Kyle... I have been buying F-150's for 30 + years. The technical information and salesmanship that he provided when I was there in April, was the best I have ever experienced. Ryan knew that truck from top to bottom. He knew how the frame of the truck was welded, the process of e-coating to resist corrosion, what the performance and capabilities that each engine could provide, and all the benefits that new aluminum body provides, etc... I thought he was a Ford Engineer after speaking with him. Unfortunately, the timing was not right on my end or I would have bought one that day. The way he presented the product, your organization and himself was rare to see in the car sales business. I regret misplacing his business card, which is why I'm placing this review so that hopefully he can reach out to me or you Wickstrom's can pass on to him. Recent truck purchase I was in need of a vehicle and I had been to a few dealerships that really were dishonest. I was beginning to become irritated as I was looking on eve I was in need of a vehicle and I had been to a few dealerships that really were dishonest. I was beginning to become irritated as I was looking on every search engine at every Ford dealership for a Ford Explorer Limited. One day Wickstrom popped up and I went to the website searched their vehicles read their reviews. I used the chat on Saturday to inquire more and they hooked me up with a salesperson that returned my call the next business day Monday. Mitch Cierniewski was that salesperson and from the very beginning of our communications I felt connected to him and felt that he was very honest and was really working on my behalf. He went out of his way to send pictures, got right back to me regarding any questions I had. We set up a appointment for April 14, 2015. Everything that Mitch told me about the vehicle was on point he made me and my family feel welcomed. Where was this dealership from the start would had saved me time and aggravation. I ended up buying the extremely gorgeous truck. The transaction was the fastest I have ever encountered. Every staff member was awesome from the financing etc. Buying a car can be draining so it helps when you connect with the right establishment. Wonderful Experience I went in to get an oil change for my Mercury Montego (275,000.00 miles) and this salesman saw me looking at a car and said "Nice looking car". Michael Perez proceeded to talk to me like a friend (no salesman comments or stupid questions), and before you know it he was showing me cars that I was interested in and that fit my budget. I bought a car that day and the process was a refreshing wonderful flawless experience. He made it so comfortable and easy. If you don't want a typical salesman, asking typical questions instead of finding out your hot button that you want in a car ( I wanted a large trunk,) and he noticed I had a luxery car so to put me in anything but luxery would never satisfy me, he worked with my budget and I got it all ( a used Lincoln MKZ(very luxerious, with a large trunk and small pmts) !!
