Recent truck purchase I was in need of a vehicle and I had been to a few dealerships that really were dishonest. I was beginning to become irritated as I was looking on eve I was in need of a vehicle and I had been to a few dealerships that really were dishonest. I was beginning to become irritated as I was looking on every search engine at every Ford dealership for a Ford Explorer Limited. One day Wickstrom popped up and I went to the website searched their vehicles read their reviews. I used the chat on Saturday to inquire more and they hooked me up with a salesperson that returned my call the next business day Monday. Mitch Cierniewski was that salesperson and from the very beginning of our communications I felt connected to him and felt that he was very honest and was really working on my behalf. He went out of his way to send pictures, got right back to me regarding any questions I had. We set up a appointment for April 14, 2015. Everything that Mitch told me about the vehicle was on point he made me and my family feel welcomed. Where was this dealership from the start would had saved me time and aggravation. I ended up buying the extremely gorgeous truck. The transaction was the fastest I have ever encountered. Every staff member was awesome from the financing etc. Buying a car can be draining so it helps when you connect with the right establishment. Michael Perez proceeded to talk to me like a friend (no salesman comments or stupid questions), and before you know it he was showing me cars that I was interested in and that fit my budget. I bought a car that day and the process was a refreshing wonderful flawless experience. He made it so comfortable and easy. If you don't want a typical salesman, asking typical questions instead of finding out your hot button that you want in a car ( I wanted a large trunk,) and he noticed I had a luxery car so to put me in anything but luxery would never satisfy me, he worked with my budget and I got it all ( a used Lincoln MKZ(very luxerious, with a large trunk and small pmts) !! We initially decided not to pursue a new vehicle any further. Fast forward 3 months and our car was totaled in an accident. We looked at other cars and dealerships and none of them gave us the information that many at Wickstrom did. Other dealers were pushy and wanted a sale right then and there, even though the cars they had did not have the options that we wanted. We then re-contacted Manny who made everything very easy and kept us informed along the way even on his day off. This is my second car from Wickstrom and both occasions, I worked with Nick I've worked with many dealers around the country as I move around a lot. This is my second car from Wickstrom and both occasions, I worked with Nick Sjoblom. By far one of the best sales guys out there. Besides being professional and knowledgeable about the product (which I'd expect from anyone halfway decent at their job), Nick brings so many extras to the table. His knowledge and enjoyment of technology is critical to most cars today---he actually understands how all the electronic stuff works and walks you patiently through pairing phones, setting up your garage door opener, adding custom settings to your car. I'm pretty technically savvy but I don't have a strong desire to sit in my garage for hours figuring out all the gadgets---Nick cuts to the chase and gets me set up fast and efficiently. I'd definitely recommend Wickstrom and specifically Nick. More

Since then, I have bought my last 4 cars from Wickstrom Ford and my last 3 from Nick Sjoblom at Wickstrom. He is a true professional and he listens to what you want before he recommends anything. He actually knows about the cars they have and he tries to get you exactly what you want. He does not try to force you into a $60,000 Lincoln when what you want is a reasonable Ford. The dealership itself is state of the art and classy. I'm serious when I say I will only buy from Wickstrom from now on. Not only is the sales team awesome, the entire staff is as well. Rob Palazzo is a phenomenal finance manager and he does everything in his power to help you get the best rate a a low payment. Not only that but service is awesome too. I deal with Brandon Biskner when I need something serviced and I will tell you he is a great guy as well.
