I wasn't thrilled with my 2014 Ford Escape (no fault in the dealership) and traded it in I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle through this dealership. I wasn't thrilled with my 2014 Ford Escape (no fault in the dealership) and traded it in for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Extremely Disappointed I am sorry to have written such a low review. I am sure the owners are unaware of how the team has handled this situation. I hear the owners are stand up guys. 1st the key less entry did not work. No big deal, I figured the battery was bad. I replaced the battery and it still did not work. It was taken in about 1 week after purchase, and it was told to us that the key was broke. You must of broke it. Then I see the service report of recommendations of repairs, when I just spent $2230.00 on a complete extended warranty. Not one person said anything to us about the repairs needed, I had to read it, and why was it not covered under the brand new warranty I purchased a week prior. I then decided why pay for a warranty that really is not a warranty, and cancelled it. Instead of communication of what happen, how can we fix it, I get email response to the effect of, the warranty will be prorated and the credit will not be 100% of the purchase price. It just got better...The $10,000.00 car I bought needed $6,000.00 worth of work to get operating again. TERRIBLE DISSATISFIED...And I still have not received a call from the dealer asking why a bad review was being posted.. More
