Woody was beyond professional and accomodating. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. It can be a rather daunting experience, and he was there to answer any question I could come u above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. Since I live in another state (Georgia) he scanned/USPS/emailed every piece of information possible throughout the entire ordering process and purchase. Let's not forget he also was forced to deal with my mother/father as they felt obligated to check in since I lived out of state. He should get an award simply for dealing with that. I am with Wickstrom since 1996, bought 6 or 7 cars (Cobras, Escapes, Fusion), have done a lot of modification work on my Mustang and Aaron and Bill are just great guys to work with - and highly experienced and professional. With Bill (Master-Mind mechanic) you know he takes great care and does a great job. I love those guys and they make me coming back for more, simply because they are so easy to work with. And by the way: their prices can compete with everybody in the Chicago area; even with those oil change joints. I do not understand anybody going to the McDonald's of car service, if you can have a professional, carrying, top service at Wickstrom and build a relationsship that last for a very reasonable price. And one last thing: their employees are there for years: another hard to beat plus for Wickstrom. More

We all trust them and never had any problems with any area in the dealership. Whenever we have brought our vehicles in for service, Aaron is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Tom Hancock has always worked on all of our vehicle and we trust him 100%. He is very honest about what is wrong and what we need to drive our vehicle safely. He is the best mechanic!
