We particularly liked Joshua's approach in taking an educative position vs a typical trying to sell you a vehicle. Recently My wife and I were shopping for a new car. We've had BMW's, Fords, Pontiac's and various Mercedes of which most recently a 2010 ML350 needing replacing due to ongoing maintenance requirements. After carefully reviewing our requirements and wants, we narrowed our search down to Genesis GV80, Cadillac XT6 and the Lincoln Aviator. We took a closer look at all three. In the end we decided on the Lincoln Aviator for various reasons: luxuriousness, spaciousness, Power ( torque) and the dealership, Wickstrom Lincoln in Barrington, Il. Joshua Reed lead the sales process. Joshua spent all the time we needed to become fully educated on the vehicle and its plus points. We felt like we were being educated on the vehicle not a pushy sales job. Joshua is a most professional and courteous sales representative. His support team consisting of Joe Frederick , Kelsey Roehrich and Tristan Metzner demonstrated the same professional and courteousness throughout the sales/delivery process of our new Aviator. Joshua and Alex Diaz in service made sure that some minor tweaking issues were addressed in preparing the vehicle for delivery.
