He was able to understand my needs and displayed true professionalism throughout the negotiation process without putting an uncomfortable pressure on me, which is common in car sales industry. Since I was already familiar with the car I wanted, we communicated over the phone exclusively when negotiating the payments, and I just came to the dealership to submit application, sign paperwork and pick up my beautiful car.  Not only did Michael work hard to secure a great price, but he also took the time to explain all the details on the car. It’s my 2nd Corsair but it turned out there was still a lot to learn with the new upgraded model and package.  I will say that everyone at Wickstrom Lincoln was very pleasant, professional and moved me quickly through the process per my request.
