Joshua gave me all of the information concerning miles per gallon, warranties, and what the car has to offer as to the comfort of passengers. Joshua also informed me of the high safety ratings which was one of the most important aspect for me and my family. I was not pressured to purchase which made me comfortable and not stressed with the deal. He explained how everything worked and how the vehicle was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. Being that I drive a lot the Elantra and it's 37+ MPG was the perfect vehicle. I was blown away by how amazing the warranty was and how it was almost double that of any competitor. I was 100% fine with walking away from the Kona I was interested in until David stepped in. He was working with my Aunt on another car deal and he saw my frustration. With the manager and David helping me at this point I was comfortable going forward with the process. David was kind, helpful and understanding of my frustration with the situation. He walked me through any and all questions I had with my Kona. An even today, I am having electrical issues and I was in and out in 40 minutes with a "bail out" car while they figure out what is going on. The following scores "stars" are for David, not Kerry. If it were up to me Kerry would not receive anything from the sale of my car, David is the only reason the sale actually happened. More
