They were also professional and so caring and they met my needs in every way and really more I’m a senior citizen and they made me feel welcome and I understood everything they were saying, and the attention needs in every way and really more I’m a senior citizen and they made me feel welcome and I understood everything they were saying, and the attention that they gave me was supreme Ricky Baird very caring, and he guided me through everything I wanted on the car, never rushed me and I was so thankful because I was a little nervous. I hadn’t bought a car since 2016 my first Hyundai Tucson that is still running perfectly and a Hyundai experience with the wonderful Hyundai warranty then and now. It’s perfection. I can’t say enough about Ricky Baird, and all of his personal attention and caring and explaining everything to me as we talked about the car now. He sat in the car with me and explained everything so that I was comfortable with driving it, and knowing what where everything was. He put my Favorite radio stations on for me. He offered me coffee and water and more. I did not feel rushed and I felt so happy when I saw the pink bow on the car when I drove back up to pick it up and the pictures that he took, he really has a great personality. i’m so glad he was there for me. i came in for a oil change and tire rotation. i asked that they use full synthetic oil like hyundai recommends for the engine. i found out the service dept used a synthetic blend, they also let m i asked that they use full synthetic oil like hyundai recommends for the engine. i found out the service dept used a synthetic blend, they also let me leave with the tire rotation. when i had to go back and complain they did the rotation. i will never bring my car back for service at Weisner More
