Quoting a payment to a customer that included a "wrap-around" warranty for $1750.00 without disclosing that fact is very unprofessional and unethical. Even though the payment quoted was satisfactory, the lower payment sans the add-on would have been more acceptable. Very poorly done. Not the salespersons fault. More

I have never been to a car dealer that offered to give us time to talk about the payments they usually sit and push the payments on you Donnie was very polite and told us that he would give us some time to talk and that when we were ready for Him just to wave him back over. We will be coming back soon to trade off my wives van and will be using Donnie again. Also Ed Griffith who took care of the finance was very polite and answered all the questions that we had about the fiancé end of the deal. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealer and I plan on doing all my business with Wiesner in the future. We had went to Hyundai here in Huntsville and they did not seem to want to business with us and were not very nice. I am glad that we made the choice to go to Wiesner and look forward to doing business with them again in the near future. More

Some of the added touches he personally performed are: 1- putting my plates and sticker on the car when the arrived at the dealership, 2- washing my windshield and mirrors before I left the dealership and 3- showing me the more interesting android auto features. This is the second car I've bought from Jason and Weisner Hyundai in 13 months and I don't see a reason to look elsewhere when considering buying a new car. I expect Weisner Hyundai, Jason and myself will be doing business together for the foreseeable future. More
