Not happy about me experience at the service center. I bought my car from Weisner and I also purchased my warranty at the same time. Unfortunately, I was told after my car being in the shop for 2 days that none of my items were covered under warranty. Then when I asked to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $300 for no work done. That’s crazy. Don’t ever cover the diagnosis for the check engine light. The issue turned out to be a bad thermostat. The part from AC Delco is around $100. I bought the part at a local part store for $60, the coolant temperature sensor and a gallon of coolant for $100 at my local Auto parts store. it took me bought 45 minutes from start to finish. I am not a mechanic. The quote that I was given for this repair was $960. That included 4.5 hours of labor. You should be ashamed of yourself. That is ridiculous. That is not how you should treat customers, especially someone that bought 2 vehicles from your dealership. More
