service been down the hill i was there to do oil change, and couple things to check. like my sensor, base rack system and my rear axle/tire. coz recently, since we do the tire r i was there to do oil change, and couple things to check. like my sensor, base rack system and my rear axle/tire. coz recently, since we do the tire rotation the last visit, the ride are slightly different, harder than what it used to. everything got checked out, except for the tire. then we have to order new base rack system, never heard from them, till i call. you guys need to pay attention in detail what the costumer want, and contact them periodically with the order or what ever happen that you find the diagnose with the car. that way the costumer know what to expect. be consistent, be up to date and be honest. Broke Colorado Law They break the law by not providing title within 30 days, then after you tell them you’re filing a complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Revenue Auto D They break the law by not providing title within 30 days, then after you tell them you’re filing a complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Revenue Auto Dealer division they magically get the title in less than 24 hours. Too bad it’s been well past 30 days; the complaint has been filed. You will not be treated with respect and in fact the general manager will interrupt you, treat you like an idiot and be very condescending to you. The sales people will lie to your face and make excuses every step of the way as to why they don’t have title in hand for used vehicles they are selling. Obviously from other reviews this is not the first time they have acted this way to customer nor is it the first time they took longer than 30 days to deliver a proper title. Overall, of all the auto dealers I have ever dealt with, I have never been made to feel so horrible or had such a horrible experience. This situation is even worse because I was merely assisting a family member with mild cerebral palsy, a well documented handicap, so he didn’t get taken advantage of and that’s exactly what they did...took advantage of us both. More

Sales compared to service I bought a new 2016 GMC truck from Rick Hammond. He was terrific to work with. But since then my last 2 oil changes took well over an hour and the service guy looks at you why are you even there.. I would definitely buy another truck from Rick but will go else where for my oil services. More

We really liked the car and they offered it at an AMAZING pric We visited Wilcoxson to look at a used car. Justin Delafuente was amazing to work with! We really liked the car and they offered it at an AMAZING price, but it still needed to get through their inspection and detail process and we had a few questions to ask our mechanic back home in Colorado Springs. Justin filled out enough paperwork to take it off of the market while we got things settled, but continually emphasized he wanted us to be happy and get the car we wanted. Ultimately we discovered the car was missing one feature we needed and had to back out of the deal. Justin was gracious and caring about OUR needs, and offered help find the car that meets our needs. He was so personable and friendly...we enjoyed the time we spent with him. More
