Wild West Chevrolet was the closest dealership so we had our Impala towed the 90 or so miles at 9:30pm. We spoke to Alfredo first thing the next morning (which was Friday). By noon he informed us that we needed a new transmission and he had to order it from Reno. The finance department helped us figure out how to pay for this, as it was not in our vacation budget. Alfredo kept us informed and fortunately we were back on the road by 5:00pm Saturday. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Despite the stressful situation, everyone made this as pleasant experience as possible. More
