The hits keep on coming..awful service Went in for my regular maintenance and just needed the fuel door looked at. $65!!!! Should be included in regular maintenance! Then they proceed to tell me it’s $250 to replace the fuel door. This is after I find out the vehicle was in an accident when trying to trade it in, which they never disclosed to me. Never Intended to Buy a New Jeep, then I did I only stopped by the showroom while my existing Jeep was in for Service. I ended up striking up a conversation with Guy Junk about stuff in general. No sales pitch, no can I show you anything....just a conversation. Our conversation obviously ended up turning to new Jeeps and the differences between the new model and my 2016. Again no pressure sales pitch. Just, if you ever want to take a look in the future let me know. Then my curiosity kicked in about the automatic retractable roof and before I knew it I was asking Guy to look for something with the features I wanted. Guy Junk is a great salesman and was also able to keep me calm (again with general conversation) when I had a "mis-understanding" with Pete in management. Great job Guy!!! I did not see Shawn Dooley's name to recognize...normally it takes a great amount of time to get through the paperwork of a new vehicle purchase....Shawn was thorough, friendly and fast. He made sure I understood everything and moved along the process very efficiently. Great job Shawn for getting me home in time for dinner....Joe P Clayton Duckworth (I believe it was him that helped me) could not find the 2019 with the features I wanted and went above and beyond to do what it takes to get me the Jeep I wanted. We ended up ordering a 2020 model instead, and how he went about convincing me it was the right decision was appreciated (facts-details-price). Thanks for working with me. I usually do not end up thanking the seller when I spend >$60K for a vehicle :-)....that is how nice of an experience it was....no pressure....no surprises (except for Pete)...just help when needed.
