Never Intended to Buy a New Jeep, then I did I only stopped by the showroom while my existing Jeep was in for Service. I ended up striking up a conversation with Guy Junk about stuff in general. No sales pitch, no can I show you anything....just a conversation. Our conversation obviously ended up turning to new Jeeps and the differences between the new model and my 2016. Again no pressure sales pitch. Just, if you ever want to take a look in the future let me know. Then my curiosity kicked in about the automatic retractable roof and before I knew it I was asking Guy to look for something with the features I wanted. Guy Junk is a great salesman and was also able to keep me calm (again with general conversation) when I had a "mis-understanding" with Pete in management. Great job Guy!!! I did not see Shawn Dooley's name to recognize...normally it takes a great amount of time to get through the paperwork of a new vehicle purchase....Shawn was thorough, friendly and fast. He made sure I understood everything and moved along the process very efficiently. Great job Shawn for getting me home in time for dinner....Joe P Clayton Duckworth (I believe it was him that helped me) could not find the 2019 with the features I wanted and went above and beyond to do what it takes to get me the Jeep I wanted.
