First time finding a car on-line I had planned on getting a new car next year but when I started looking at new car prices I realized that perhaps a new/used car would be the better w I had planned on getting a new car next year but when I started looking at new car prices I realized that perhaps a new/used car would be the better way to go. My husband found our 2016 Town and Country on line at Wilde and thought it was the best deal by far. We contacted the office via e-mail, Tasha responded back to our inquirey quickly and invited us in for an appointment to see the car. That evening we got connected with Nick Taylor. Nick was personable, professional, knowledgeable about this car and others we inquired about, and honest in his conversations with us. We test drove the vehicle and learned a lot more about the car from him. We did not have to haggle over a price (first time ever) because the price was so fair. The trade-in was generous and we left that evening with our new car. We needed to contact him about some equipment that was not in the car and he responded quickly and found us what we needed. Brian O’Steen was knowledgeable, understanding, very low pressure, helpful, communicative, and flexible. He didn’t try to promise anything that he couldn’t deliver like Schlossmann’s Dodge City did a couple of weeks ago. Overall, I am COMPLETELY satisfied with Wilde’s ability to finance me after my recent bankruptcy...likely because they have better agreements with most banks due to their volume of sales. I will recommend Wilde a million times over for treating me like I had perfect credit, not judging me, and efficiently completing my sale in 48 hours.
