We had way more pro's then con's but there were a few issues worth mentioning to people looking into this dealership. Pros: Our sales consultant Matt E was awesome! He was so kind and didn't make you feel like he was pushing you into purchasing anything. He took time to get ask the right questions and was easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and would definitely come back to buy another vehicle from him. We also did a lot of research and found that Wilde had the best most competitive prices on multiple vehicles on their lot. They were also willing to negotiate down unlike some of the others in the area like Griffin Ford of Waukesha. Cons: We used outside financing and when we met with Brent the Asst. Finance Director we were treated very coldly. We know that he probably makes his commission on selling finance and other packages and we very kindly declined. He acted annoyed and got an attitude with us about scheduling our final meeting with him to sign paper work with our check. We were very disappointed in his rude behavior after having dealt with Matt who was so much the opposite. Overall: We would come back to Wilde and were appreciative of our wonderful sales consultant and the fair price on our vehicle. More

Quick agreement on price was achieved and there was little wait time for the managerial price approval or the actual financing paperwork. In a matter of about 3 hours which included a test drive we drove away from the dealer with a new car. Also, this transaction included a trade in of a 2011 Equinox where we thought an excellent trade-in value was secured. More

After Sale Service I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and when I drove the car home I noticed things wrong with it I did notice at the time of the test driv I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and when I drove the car home I noticed things wrong with it I did notice at the time of the test drive. When I contacted them they said they would look at it and I would have to pay half the service cost if something needed to be fixed. Well after a bunch of running around I take my vehicle back and they claim to have found nothing wrong with the car, after some time I found the problem and ended up fixing it myself. Not going to trust that service department to wash my windows let alone fix a car since they couldn't even figure out the problem I was having. Now I am having more issues with this car and inquired about getting my car back, Salesman apologized and said they would do "anything" to make me happy, as long as that was to trade this vehicle I just bought from them and buy the car I traded into them, basically not doing anything to make the customer happy, just adding more to their wallets. They won't even cut me a break on prices or values to help the situation. I will never go to this dealership ever again, and I would suggest you all be aware of the shadiness that this place runs under. More

Jeff was great from start to finish!!! He listened to what my wife and I wanted and he delivered. The finance guy took about 10 minutes with all the paper work and they got us in and out.
