I had a great level of service from this dealer.....I was going to buy my car from a dealer in Illinois who was going to come to Wilde and pick up my car.....the Chicago dealer would not match the price quot going to buy my car from a dealer in Illinois who was going to come to Wilde and pick up my car.....the Chicago dealer would not match the price quote I got from Wilde....which was 1800$ less. They told me Wilde was lying about the price and that it probably included incentives that I wouldn't qualify for. I drove all the way to Wilde and the sales folks at Wilde were great and helpful and got me my car. For the exact price they quoted. I am happy as can be with my dodge dart. More

Sometimes we can't figure out all the high tech equipment; Justin is always willing to help us out. We came back to this store location just because of Justin. In our past history (just last year) we had bought a Dodge Ram Truck from him. We use to go to a competitor, but since we were so satisfied with the experience with Justin as our sales person we wanted to buy our new minivan with him as well. We hope to keep a long lasting relationship with this young man. We intend to buy many more vehicles in our future and do like dealing with Justin. More

I contacted this dealer regarding a recall in the instrument panel where the airbag light comes on and the gauges fail to function. After checking online, I found that this issue was under recall. When I contacted service at this dealership, the gentleman mumbled and I could barely make out his name. I think it may have been James or something that sounded like it. After providing the VIN#, first the gentleman tried to tell me that the airbag module issue had already been fixed. Then I explained that the airbag module was not the issue but the instrument control panel which is listed under recall. He then told me that they would not fix this issue because the Grand Cherokee is not listed under that recall. I explained that I did not have a Grand Cherokee but a 4.0 sport listed on the recall page. Something in which this gentleman should have been aware of by the VIN#. He then mumbled and stated that just because it says one Cherokee doesn't mean that it is actually recalled on what I have. This is after I explained that it is specifically listed on the recall web site! He was combative and uncooperative. In now way would I want this kind of person or a company that would hire him to do work on my vehicle. I will attempt to try to find a dealership with quality service employees, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there. More

My experience with Jeffrey and his team at Wilde Chrysler was the best experience I have had visiting a dealership. I will be honest and say I am not a fan of walking into a dealership and having sales floc was the best experience I have had visiting a dealership. We ended up purchasing a Town and Country that they had to go out of their way to find for us as it was not in stock on their lot. They had it delivered within a business day and it was exactly what we were looking for.
