worst service dept ever Took my new minivan in for remote start when I pick it up there is scratches all over drivers into the paint side they agree to fix it it take 5 days Took my new minivan in for remote start when I pick it up there is scratches all over drivers into the paint side they agree to fix it it take 5 days I go to pick it up today the scratches are still there they only put clear coat over it. I tell them I need a minivan in the mean time for my kids they give me a didfe ram pick up truck. Definitely would never recommend this place More

I contacted this dealer regarding a recall in the instrument panel where the airbag light comes on and the gauges fail to function. After checking online, I found that this issue was under recall. When I contacted service at this dealership, the gentleman mumbled and I could barely make out his name. I think it may have been James or something that sounded like it. After providing the VIN#, first the gentleman tried to tell me that the airbag module issue had already been fixed. Then I explained that the airbag module was not the issue but the instrument control panel which is listed under recall. He then told me that they would not fix this issue because the Grand Cherokee is not listed under that recall. I explained that I did not have a Grand Cherokee but a 4.0 sport listed on the recall page. Something in which this gentleman should have been aware of by the VIN#. He then mumbled and stated that just because it says one Cherokee doesn't mean that it is actually recalled on what I have. This is after I explained that it is specifically listed on the recall web site! He was combative and uncooperative. In now way would I want this kind of person or a company that would hire him to do work on my vehicle. I will attempt to try to find a dealership with quality service employees, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there. More
