Wilde Subaru

It was recently time to trade in my beloved 1999 Saab 9-5 Wagon with 185k miles for a 2011 Outback. I had been looking at the Outback since it was redesigned for the 2010 model year and had concluded that of Wagon with 185k miles for a 2011 Outback. Vicki Kroeger was the sales person assigned me. In our dealings she did an excellent job and was always forthright and honest. She went over and above me expectations by offering to come to my home to swap cars. This level of customer service impressed me greatly. My vehicle had been totaled, I needed a vehicle quickly (within 24 hrs). Vickie was friendly and quickly set me up with a test drive. We typically are not huge fans of buying cars, but our experience with Vicki and the rest of the team was fabulous. They were not pushy, were efficient, and we got a great deal.
