Quickly matched price I was looking for and I placed deposit over phone. Picked up car after factory built to my specs. (Was kept informed of process while car was being built.) Went in to pick up car and Alex Korotko quickly did his job with a big smile and a great attitude. Alex was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of any other salesperson I've ever dealt with. Geez, the guy really has a great attitude! Both Alex and Chris West (Finance) were not "pushy" at all. They explained all the add-on items available and I said no thanks. They showed no "attitude" and didn't try to continue to "push" the extras. I REALLY appreciate this because I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. This experience changed my mind of what I always knew dealerships were like. I'm an old guy and this REALLY surprised me. I would definitely go back to buy a car from this crew at this dealership in the future. I was ready for the haggle, the pushy try at add-ons, and the attitude that went with it all.
