As far as the appoinment ease and quick turn around, it was flawless. The only complaint, and a very minor one, is that I had to flip the plastic doohicky that holds the floor mat in place upside down bec was flawless. The tech must have flipped rightside up and did not notice that it did not work properly. My bad for forgetting to mention it though. More
