I never met Mr. Wilkins but my experience with Frank Accetta the general manager was not very good. Mr. Accetta was arrogant bordering on condescending and belliger Wilkins but my experience with Frank Accetta the general manager was not very good. Mr. Accetta was arrogant bordering on condescending and belligerent. I went to look at a car listed as Certified Pre Owned and here is what happened: 1. They could not find the keys when I came to test drive the car so we had to return a second time. Supposedly the porter had taken the keys home with them and later the keys were found "under the service managers keyboard". 2. The car had not been certified yet, even though the listing stated that it was CPO. 3. After they "found" the keys. We had to delay our test drive by a day because they found problems during the certification (which should have been done prior to the listing as certified) and they needed to be repaired. 4. When we finally test drove the car, it was dirty and had a severely leaking tire (it lost 10 PSI during the test drive. This car had been on their lot for over 6 weeks, how did they not notice a leaking tire. 5. When I mentioned that their asking price was $1600 over average (according to Kelly) they seemed to be surprised that I knew that. Due to the treatment I received from Mr. Accetta and the lack of attention to detail in listing and servicing this car as CPO I cannot in good conscience recommend Wilkins Hyundai Mazda. More
